Martial Lavoie practiced in the field of real estate law, corporate law, family law (successions, marriage contracts, wills, mandates in anticipation of incapacity, agreements between de facto spouses) and non-contentious proceedings.

Mtre Marie-France Lavoie, Notary, completed her Bachelor in Law in 2009 and her Diploma in Notarial Law at the University of Montreal in 2010. Received at the Chambre des notaires du Québec in February 2011, Mtre Marie-France Lavoie immediately joined the study.

She practices in the field of real estate law, family law (successions, marriage contracts, celebration of marriages, wills, mandates in anticipation of incapacity, agreements between de facto spouses), corporate law and non-contentious proceedings.

In 2013, Mtre Réal Lavoie, honorary notary, has joined the Lavoie & Lavoie notaries team after more than 40 years of solo practice. His experience and expertise in real estate law and servitudes are a great addition to our study.
